KidFit - A class for youth ages 6-12 years old focused on fitness and nutrition ABC's. This program is designed for organizations looking for enrichment for their youth programming. Day to day curriculum provided. (Group classes Only) TeenFit - A class for TEENS ages 13-17 years old focused on fitness, body image and confidence. This program is designed for organizations looking to add a health and fitness for teens. (Group classes Only) StrongFit ( Strength & Conditioning) - A class for youth focused on building strength and endurance for sports development. These sessions are designed to prepare junior athletes to shine in the sports they love. Come get some WORK in with coach BEY and improve endurance, strength, agility, mobility, flexibility, mental focus and confidence! (Group classes Only) BeyBFit- This session is designed to help mothers and mothers to be maintain or regain strength, endurance and connect with their bodies again.(Group classes and Personal Sessions available) AfterTheBell- This session is perfect for organizations looking to partner with us in order to provide structured health and fitness sessions for youth ages K-8th grade. (Appointments daily) FamilyFit- Add physical fitness to your family time. Sign the family up for 1 hour of fitness and fun! ( Mobile & On site) SoloFit- Allow BodyByBey to help you build a Better Body and Mind with a detailed 1 on 1 fitness training and nutritional map that will equip you with the tools to fuel further fitness success. (Inquire about Mobile services). SeniorFit&Flex- Aging is a part of life we must all face. Let BodyByBey help you stay limber, fit and flexible. Enjoy a session with stretching, yoga, deep meditation and light resistance training. All fitness levels and abilities are welcomed. (Inquire about Mobile services). CoupleFit- More than 80% of couples who workout together, stay together. Inquire about our fitness classes for couples. StrongFit 1-on-1 ( Strength & Conditioning) - A session for building strength and endurance for sports development. This program is designed to prepare junior athletes to grow in the sports they love.
